Founder & CEO — IK Manufacturing Finance

IK Manufacturing Finance is led by its Founder and CEO, Imran Khalil, a Dallas-based finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations and financial leadership. He has held senior roles with global and mid-sized manufacturers including Newell Rubbermaid, Tetra Pak, Elkay Manufacturing, and Apogee Foods, partnering with executive teams and plant leadership to improve financial reporting, optimize inventory management, implement costing systems, and align financial performance with operational goals.

Imran has a MS degree and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), bringing a forensic, audit-driven approach to every engagement — reconstructing what actually happened on the floor, not relying on standard-cost assumptions. His expertise spans forensic cost reconstruction, product costing, inventory optimization, financial planning and analysis, ERP systems, capital investment evaluation, and operational performance measurement. He has led major financial initiatives including capital investment projects exceeding $37 million, global financial planning processes, and multi-plant performance improvement programs across operations in the United States, Mexico, and China.

Through IK Manufacturing Finance, he now brings this enterprise-level, audit-driven experience specifically to small and mid-sized food, packaging, and industrial manufacturers in the DFW area who need experienced financial guidance but may not have the resources for a full-time CFO or finance team.

Every engagement is supported by a network of senior-level professionals — trusted former colleagues and collaborators from finance, operations, supply chain, and systems roles — brought in as needed based on each engagement's scope. This ensures deep expertise and practical solutions without unnecessary overhead or hand-offs to junior teams.
